Adding distinction to this extisting residence
was a multi-layered exercise in finesse.
Beginning with a new portico, formal or informal, 
the entry should give a hint of what is beyond. 
Lamp lights, mullioned windows, a covered 
entrance create an inviting experience. The well 
detailed roof's edge also defines the moment to
step inside the home. A cramped and out-dated 
kitchen is  fully remodeled to bring in more 
daylight while the working area is expanded with 
a grand island. Hard living room finishes are 
softened with warm wood floors and curved 
ceiling beams. Finally, a new wood deck extends 
gracefully into the back yard encircling a 
much-loved elm.
